Terms of service
Last updated 1 November 2026
The service
Dynamo provides an AI calling agent that answers and makes calls, sends follow-ups and records outcomes for your business. By using Dynamo, you agree to these terms.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information about your business, products and prices, and keep it up to date.
- Only call people you are allowed to contact, and follow the law that applies to you, including TRAI rules on commercial communication and customers' Do Not Disturb preferences.
- Tell callers that calls may be recorded, and do not use Dynamo for spam, harassment, fraud or anything unlawful.
Fees
Dynamo is billed at ₹4 per minute of call time unless we agree a different price with you in writing. We will share how and when you are billed when you start.
What AI can and cannot do
Dynamo is designed to handle calls accurately, but like any AI it can make mistakes. Review important outcomes. Dynamo is not an emergency service and does not give medical, legal or financial advice.
Recordings and data
Calls may be recorded so that you can review them. How we handle data is described in our privacy policy.
Availability
We work to keep Dynamo available at all times, but we cannot promise the service will never be interrupted, for example during provider or network outages.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the month before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits.
Ending the service
You can stop using Dynamo at any time. We may suspend or end the service if these terms are broken, for example if Dynamo is used to make unlawful calls.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
